Classic G & T
Ingredients:
One part the Imposter
Two parts quality tonic water
Method:
Fill glass with ice, gently squeeze lime over ice, then add the Imposter and tonic water. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge or add a small sprig of fresh rosemary.
The clover club
Ingredients:
45mL the Pretender
20mL freshly squeezed lemon juice
7.5mL raspberry syrup
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients to a glass shaker and shake vigorously, without ice, for 15 seconds. Add ice then shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Classic pink G & T
Ingredients:
One part the Pretender
Two parts quality tonic water
Method:
Fill a glass with ice then gently squeeze lime over ice. Add the Pretender and tonic, stir. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
LIME DAIQUIRI
Ingredients:
60mL the Saboteur
Superior White Rum
30mL freshly squeezed lime juice
30mL simple syrup, to taste
Method:
Add Saboteur Superior White Rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, and syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime slice. Serve and enjoy.
Affogato
Ingredients:
30mL The Charlatan
30mL espresso coffee shot
Vanilla bean ice cream
Method:
Pour hot espresso coffee and the Charlatan into separate shot glasses. Place ice cream in a large glass. Gently pour contents of shot glasses over the ice cream just before serving. Garnish with a chocolate shard.
Piña colada
Ingredients:
Best shared - so this a big batch and serves 4 or more in one go!
240ml of pineapple juice
120ml of Saboteur Superior White Rum
120ml of coconut cream
Juice of 2 limes (optional)
2 cups of ice
Optional: ½ cup of fresh pineapple, plus extra for garnishing
Method
Place all ingredients (pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream, lime juice, ice) into a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour into a large or long glass.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple on the rim of your glass.
Charlatan soda & Lime
Ingredients:
60mL the Charlatan
Two lime wedges
Good quality soda water
Method:
Pack a glass with ice. Pour over the Charlatan, squeeze and place lime in glass, top with soda water to taste. Stir. Garnish with grated macadamia nuts and a lime wedge.
